BEAUTY: Bobbie Brown Hydrating Eye-cream Review!

I'm back after quite sometime. I got some internet connection issue here. I'm sorry for not keeping my promise to post a lot of blogs while I'm here. By the way, I've posted my updated life on my other blog. Read it here. :)
 
So, let's jump into the post! 

 

I'm going to review the Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye-cream. This is my first eye-cream ever! And I fall in love with it. My mom happened to bought the small version when she went to Korea few years ago. Then, I started using it for sometimes, not everyday. Then, I started to learn that eye-cream is really important even you are still young. So, I started to use it religiously. Then, the small eye-cream finished. I asked my mom to repurchase it when she went to Hongkong or Korea (I forgot). She also bought the duo eye-liner.

The reason why I love this eye-cream are:

• it is really hydrating, as it was written on the container.
• easy to blend out, even when you use makeup afterward.
• enriched with natural ingredients, it contains mineral water and aloe vera.
• the consistency and texture are really nice.
• and good, simple packaging, especially the big container one. It has a royal Bobbi Brown logo ornaments on the lid. The glass container is really strong, even when my cousins throw it to the floor. lol.

I haven't find any negative in this product. I would like to repurchase this eye-cream again though. But, I if you have another recommendation for another eye-cream, I would like to try it! The review might be short this time, but I hope you find it useful. :)

LIFE: Moving Out From Home

Hello!!

My Home For 6 Months

So, I've tell you before I have something big to share with you all. Well, it is the fact that I'm away 1,315 km from home! I moved to Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara for my internship program. This is my first time moving out from home. It was really hard leaving the mega city, but I get to used living here now. And it was nice! :D

I've been here for 3 weeks now and I'm very settle now. On my first 3 days here, I have fun, even though I came on fasting month. The majority people in Lombok is Moslem. That's why when tourist came here on fasting days, they hardly could eat in public restaurants. They usually closed or you can just take away. They also become more relax and quite here. Most people that are non-moslem said that it is hard to find food when it is fasting days, but I am perfectly fine. I can eat at almost everywhere, just make sure they allowed you to eat there. I came here with my uncle, aunt, and cousins. We slept at the hotel, went to Gili Trawangan, relaxing, visit beaches before I started my intern life. I'll write separate post for my "holiday" in Lombok and Gili Trawangan.

BEAUTY: Body & Bath Works Haul!

HELLO!!
 

Today I'm going to talk about my latest hauls which happened around 2 months ago. I'm sorry I've been very busy for few months and I didn't have the excitement to write on the blog. But now, I'm back on track! I hope I can write regularly this time. I have something big to tell you!!! Wait for the next post! OKAY?? :D
 

Let's jump to the main topic! So, few months ago I went to Grand Indonesia Mall and when I was heading to Zara store, I saw this bright, big, eye-catching shop, and it was actually Body & Bath Works!! I never knew they had opened in Jakarta! When I asked the sales, they said they had opened for almost a year in Jakarta. They opened at the malls that I rarely visit, so I never knew. 

So, when I visit the shop they have a special promo which are buy 3 get 1 free for body wash and body lotion. Since my aunt gave me Body & Bath works body wash, I wanted to buy another one. But since they didn't open their store, I have to ask my friend who live in USA to buy it for me. But thankfully, they have opened their shop here! So, unhesitatingly I choose 3 body wash and 1 body lotiion for free. I choose: Japanese Cherry Blossom (both shower gel and body lotion), Paris Amour, and Beautiful Day. 

I really wanted to repurchase the one my aunt bought for me, but I forgot the name and also they changed the packaging which makes me confused. Anyways, I really love all the scent I choose and I got excited to try it soon! :D

I also bought the hand sanitizer and I bought 4! LOL. They also have a promo for the sanitizer. But unfortunately, they do not have a lot variety of scents. So I chose 3 of it and I bought 2 pcs for 1 scent. I choose: Sweet Pea, Mad At You (2 pcs), and Aqua Blossom. Both of my shower gel and hand sanitizer has the same range of scent. It is refreshing and very bloom-spring kind a scent. I was really excited to try it out as soon as my regular hand sanitizer finished.

VISIT INDONESIA: Instagramable Jakarta

HI!  

So, this is might my last post for a while, but I hope I can post up much more posts. After all, thank you for reading my nonsense blog! I will work hard to make this blog better and better than before. :)

Okay! Let's get into the post. This post is quite interesting for you who like photography. Last week, I went to one of the unveiled museum in Jakarta. Well, it is not a historical museum type, it is more like contemporary, modern museum. My partner was inspired to come here from a music video of an Indonesian vocal group, GAC. Well, you might see the music video here. Btw, their voices are amazing! Check them out!

Alright! The place itself named Art:1 New Museum, located at Jl. Rajawali Selatan Raya No. 3, Jakarta Pusat, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 10720. It is near JIEXPO, Kemayoran. It is not only a museum, but also a gallery. Last time, I only got to visit the gallery. The gallery it self was fantastic! It displayed many talented Indonesian young artists. I belief they are still young (since they don't write any bio-data of the artists). Here, you can also buy the artwork. They are amazing, but I could not afford it though. LOL. The main reason we came here were we want to have a good instagram picture. LOL. Instagram nowadays became a competitive social media. People strive to post a really great pictures slash photography skills. Since, we watch the review of the music video that praise a lot the shooting location, we would like to come there. VISIT INDONESIA: Bogor Short Culinary Trip

This is the continuation of my last post (Bogor Short Adventure Trip). You may read it here. There are few places we visited and I'll give you out the information about the places below. Enjoy!

 

After the adventure we had at the waterfall, we were hungry. So, we changed our cloths and dry ourselves then we hunt for food! We make the decision to have Bogor culinary trip. Bogor is also known for the food paradise. (yay!)

The first stop we visited is Ngoh Hiang Khas Bogor Asli Gang Aut. What kind of food is that? Well, it is basically a Chinese food. Ngoh hiang is a pork sausage that covered by silky tofu, potatoes served with some sauce. Ngo hiang itself means 5 sauces. The sauce is very special. It's kinda brownish-yellowish pumpkin color. It is hard to explain this food, but this food is one of the must-try food when you come to Bogor. Especially if you like pork. But, don't worry they also have the chicken one, and they serve many variants of food rather than this ngo hiang. I don't really like pork, well, actually I don't really eat pork. But, this food taste okay, but I won't finished one portion by myself. Because I don't really liked it. But, my friends did like it very much. So, just give it a try if you come to Bogor.

Then after that, we went to Kedai Kita, the most famous pizza place in Bogor. It is also the must try restaurant! We went here to try their pizza (plus I'm not full yet after trying that ngo hiang. lol). The specialty of Kedai Kita is the wood-fired pizza and hot-plate noodles. I've been here before and I tried the pizza. It taste really good! At that time, I saw the hot-plate noodles looks delicious! I said to my friend that we should try the hot-plate noodles next time. And, so we did this time. We ordered Beef Peperoni Pizza and Black pepper hot-plate noodles. All of it taste reallllyyyy awesome! Even though the black pepper noodles were very peppery, but taste good! Oh! For your info, do not come to this place at lunch and dinner time. You might not get a table and you have to be in the waiting list. And for your reference, Kedai Kita have 3 branches, 2 in Bogor and 1 in Sentul. I'll put the information down below. :D

We were having a big feast at Kedai Kita, but we cannot resist to try the famous milk cafe (?), Momomilk. There were few places in Tangerang that sell this kind of beverage. But, what makes Momomilk special is they have a cute glass with nutella, kitkat logo on it. The beverages taste so-so, but the place were so nice! It feels like in a barn. The place is quite big and it is a good place to take a photo. LOL. It is one of the most important factor if you want your F&B business run well, photogenic place. HAHA. We tried few milks such as, Ovomaltie milk, Banana Milk, Banana Blended Milkshake, and Oreo Milkshake. The price is almost the same with the one in Tangerang, but I guess Momomilk serve more.

Well, time flies so fast and it is our time to go back. We went back to Jakarta at around 6PM, and it was quite a traffic, but thankfully we can manage back to Tangerang not too late. That's all about my short trip to Sentul and Bogor. It is my only trip when I'm on my holiday. So saaadddddd.. :( I need more holiday though! Planning on a solo trip soon! Please pray for me to make it happen. HAHA. I'll post another short trip soon! Please wait for it!! Till then, see you soon! :D
